What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account or checking our Order Status page. From there you can click the tracking number for progress of your shipment. Please note tracking numbers may take one business day to update with the shipping partner.
How do I change an order before it has shipped?
Please email customer service at support@closetbeauties.com and in the subject line write “CHANGE IN MY ORDER” and be sure to include your order number, first and last name and phone number. We will help you through the process of creating a new order.
What happens if an item from my order is out of stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ship to my home address or do I need to go somewhere to pick it up?
We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.
Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.
Please contact us at support@closetbeauties.com for the return.
Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to any nearest shipping company.
Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team.
We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
How do I place my order?
Ordering online from us is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the attributes and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’/ ‘CHECK OUT’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Absolutely, we restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at support@closetbeauties.com.
How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the handy Sizes Guides on the product page and view our Size Charts for easy reference.
Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is possible to make a change to your order within 24 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders in 2-3 days, so changes and cancellations can always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our official email on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
